Method :
In a skillet heat the butter, add the onions, and sauté until golden. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the seasonings and flour. Cook 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in the sour cram and heat gently. Do not let boil.
